Let me first say how I feel about being a reseller. Because of how quickly
the technology is changing in this industry we don't stock a lot of high end
components. Once these items are in stock the distributor will not take them
back so a reseller ends up selling it to the unknowing public. Additionally with
the use of the internet there are many resellers that offer RE components cheap
for the do-it-yourselfer. Please be aware of purchasing from these sources. They
don't know you and your energy uses, nor are they familiar with your site. This
is why we insist on doing a site survey (visit) before selling you anything.
This can save you thousands of dollars and many hours of headaches. Not to
mention damage to your components as well as a shorter life span.
